Venus stations Retrograde. Venus is always retrograde for 40 days and 40 nights every 584 days. While retrograde, Venus' orbit gets (seemingly) closer and closer to the Sun until she becomes hidden by the Sun's glow. Her presence returns to Earth as the Morning Star at the ingress of Aquarius.
