Our state-of-the-art secure server is powered by Verisign. We accept VISA and Mastercard. Please click on any of the Verisign Secured Certificates to verify that we are artcharts.com. These certificates, like the one you see to the right, are generated by Verisign dynamically and cannot be copied.

2- Call regarding your order:

You can leave a voice message at this number and someone will return your call or email you with the answer to your question. We are one of the few sites you can actually email! If you REPLY to the email with your order, we will receive it.

If you are concerned about the security of your order, the safest method is to order online. Tech support is only available by email, not on the phone.

Please note: it is not ok to call for a free reading or astrology lesson. Answers to most report questions are contained in the email you receive with your order and in the instructions section of the report itself. Your email also contains links to our Learn Astrology section. Thank you:=)

We want you to have an accurate report, asap. If there is a problem with your report, we encourage you can ask questions about your reports by writing to support@artcharts.com

If you do not receive your Report within 48 hours, PLEASE contact us!!! If we send you an email that you DO NOT receive, we don't know that. There are many reasons why email gets lost. Perhaps your email address was entered incorrectly. Many mail servers use spam filters, some internet providers automatically delete all email with links as spam. If your spam filter is set on HIGH, you may not be able to accept email with links or email from an address not entered in your address book, and sometimes there are email glitches. So please email or call us! We fill every order.
