2- Phone orders:
Sorry, we do not accept phone orders. The safest way to pay is paypal. You do not need a paypal account to use paypal. Or a credit card.

We greatly appreciate your orders and fill them quickly. We answer questions about your reports, but we do not offer free readings or astrology lessons. Answers to most report questions are contained in the email you receive with your order and in the introduction section of your report.

Money Orders Only! DO NOT send Personal Checks. They will be returned to you. If you want to use a personal check, paypal makes it safe and easy. Please make money orders (US$) payable to artcharts.

If you do not receive your Report within 24 hours, PLEASE contact us!!!
If we send you an email that you DO NOT receive, we have no way of knowing that. There are many reasons why email gets lost. Perhaps your email address was entered incorrectly. Many mail servers use spam filters, some internet providers automatically delete all email with links as spam. If your spam filter is set on HIGH, you may not be able to accept email with links or email from an address not entered in your address book. And sometimes there are email glitches. So please email or call us! We fill every order promptly & expertly, with joy & ease:-)
