(Fall of 2008 through the Fall of 2010) Astrologers call Saturn opposing Uranus the end of the world. Alpha meets Omega, the end and the beginning oppose. Saturn opposing Uranus is a sign that you may be taking on more responsibilities than you can handle. Responsibilities may create more STRESS as they impose on your time for fun and spontaneity -- there seems to ALWAYS be more work you have to do! You may start to wonder, is this really worth it? Or, do people see you as someone willing to take on more, so they put more on your plate. You ask. And it is given. So ask yourself, are you doing this to avoid a decision that will CHANGE your lifestyle? You do not have to take a permanent vacation or walk out on a situation, but taking a few calculated breaks can give you the perspective you need to feel balanced and consciously ready to take on more. Saturn opposing Uranus shows that we feel PRESSURED to make changes. And, because we feel pressured, we RESIST the changes we KNOW we have to make. Yet, the pressure of resistance makes it easier to release old blocks as we stretch effortlessly into change. Note: Saturn and Uranus will oppose from Fall of 2008 through the Fall of 2009 in Virgo-Pisces and continue to oppose through the summer of 2010 as they enter Aries-Libra.
