What is an Astrology Report?
An Astrology Report is a fully-personalized computer-generated print-out written by a professional astrologer. All our reports describe your unique astrology chart to give you an in-depth, insightful, and accurate view into yourself, your relationships, your past, present, and future.

Astrology reports are fabulous tools for learning about astrology. Your reports will describe the planets, signs, houses, and aspects in your chart that make you unique, helping you to understand the meaning of the planets, signs, houses, and aspects-- and how they work dynamically in your chart.


How does artcharts.com calculate charts?
Artcharts uses state-of-the-art Western Tropical zodiac astrology, Placidus house system, true node, and day/night Part of Fortune. If you would rather use another house system, node, or modern part of fortune please specify that in the COMMENTS section of the order form. These calculations are used because we feel they are an accurate representation of the chart's owner. We do not offer charts in the sidereal zodiac.


What happens when I place an order?
Step 1. After placing an order at artcharts, you immediately receive an email thanking you for your order. If you do NOT receive this automatic email, there is a problem. Perhaps there was a mistake in your email address, or perhaps you have a spam filter that rejects email unless it is coming from an address in your address book. If you do NOT receive an autoresponder, please contact artcharts. Step 2. You will receive a second email with links to your report(s). Step 3. Click on the links (if your browser does not support clicking, cut and paste the link into any browser window and click "ENTER" or "RETURN" Step 4. Save your report to your computer harddrive (print now or later). Step 5. Read and enjoy!

How are my Reports delivered?
All Artcharts REPORTS are delivered online--without email attachments! No group to join --- just fast, secure service. When your order is ready, you will receive an email with a link to your report. Click on the links and instantly access your charts and reports. Your reports and charts will be online for 1 MONTH, so please download and/or print them.

At checkout, we offer 2 choices of file formats -- both FREE ::
1- HTML
2- PDF

You can select HTML or PDF in the SHIPPING option on the order form. There are reports that are ONLY availalbe as PDF files. This always is noted in the catalog.

HTML These files open in any internet browser software, like Internet Explorer or Safari. If you can see this page, you can open an HTML file.

PDF (Portable Document Format) files require Adobe Reader, a free download.
If you do not have Adobe Reader installed on your computer, get Adobe Reader here.

PLEASE NOTE: Astrolabe Reports are delivered ONLY by US PRIORITY Mail.

When will I receive my report? Orders placed Monday-Friday are filled within one business day. Orders placed on weekends may be filled on Monday morning. All orders are filled ASAP! Please see our CONTACT page for more details.


How long will my report(s) be online? Your report will be online for 1 month. They are delivered online, but we hope you understand that we cannot keep everyone's reports on our servers indefinitely. Please download your report(s) onto your computer. You can keep store them and/or print them. They are yours!


What if my Report is wrong? If the mistake is ours, it will be corrected asap. If the mistake is yours, an additional charge may be applied, so PLEASE fill in the forms carefully and email artcharts if you have a question; we answer email quickly. If there is a mistake on your chart or report, please email info@artcharts.com and forward your original order. And be sure to include your correct information. And please be patient:-) Your email is going to a human who will reply asap. We have been online for 10 years and fill every order.


What if i lose my Report? Artcharts will re-send all Report orders for up to 6 months. Send an email to mercury@artcharts.com -- and please keep the subject line the same as the original email you received-- with your name and ALL information that would help us identify your order (ie, your name, order #, the DATE your order was placed), and we will send you an email with a link to your report. We cannot guarantee that we can send reports after 6 MONTHS or if you cannot provide enough information about your order.


Can I send a gift? Yes! There is a space provided in the order form to include a gift message. There is also a space on the order form for a second email address, or use the SHIP TO section of the order form. We recommend that you tell the person receiving the gift to expect an email from artcharts.com. Otherwise, it is possible that the email will be deleted or blocked by a spam filter.


How do I place a report order for another person? If you know a person's birth information, you can place an order for anyone. Just use the SHIP TO fields for the person's name and location. If the report is NOT for you, there is a place on the order form to enter a different name.


How do we prevent others from accessing your personal website on line? Easily. We respect your privacy, so we deliver your reports on a separate website at an undisclosed location-- not artcharts.com. Our separate report-delivery-site cannot be found in any search engine and cannot be accessed through artcharts.com. We respect and preserve your privacy at artcharts.com.


What do you do with my personal information, do you sell it to anyone? Artcharts collects your information only to process your order. Artcharts does not sell or share your information with any person or organization for any reason. You will not receive additional email if you place an order at artcharts.com.

How do I know my chart is accurate? Artcharts uses state-of-the-art astrology software to cast your chart and create your Reports. Your Report is compiled by an astrologer and all information is checked before it is uploaded.


Where do i enter my birth information? There is a section on the SECURE part of the order form where you can enter your birth information. Some TIPS on entering info: please use your regular name, the name you are usually called. Astrology is calculated using your birth information, so your name has NO influence on your astrological chart. Using a nickname or maiden name does not change your report. Please use 2 names. The report will only address you by your first name, and providing only one name becomes an organizational nightmare for artcharts. Thanks:-)


What if i don't have an exact birth time? Without an exact time of birth for you or for a partner, 12:00 PM is used as a default. This is "industry standard" because at NOON you are at your peak, and a chart set for NOON on your day of birth would show your peak potential. If you place an order WITHOUT an exact time of birth and then find out your time of birth, artcharts.com IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for changing and re-making your report! Please have your information ready when you place an order.


Does my Report come with a chart? To keep our prices the cheapest online, everything is sold individually. If you want to add charts, they are available for a nominal fee. Our charts are not only aesthetically beautiful, they are easy to read and include data and information. View a sample birth*chart.


What happens if I need tech support? Artcharts.com offers our clients professional Customer Care. Just in case you have problems downloading your Report, we have an expert tech department. For Tech Support: send email to: support@artcharts.com AND/OR refer to our support page at: http://www.artcharts.com/catalog/support.html.

What happens if I can't PRINT my report? Artcharts.com offers our clients professional Customer Care. However, we cannot guarantee the condition of your printer or your network connection. It has only happened once in 10 years, but we cannot guarantee that you will be able to print your report. How can I pay, is it secure? Artcharts employs state-of-the-art ecommerce secure servers so we can accept your major credit cards safely and securely. We currently accept Mastercard and Visa. All our payment options are on our Contact page. Please click any of Verisign Certificate on this site to verify that we are artcharts.

Artcharts accepts VISA and MASTERCARD. (Sorry, DISCOVER processing fees are too high for artcharts)

What if i don't have a credit card -- or want to use one online? No credit card? No problem! You have choices!
  • 1- Paypal. You can request artcharts.com to bill you through paypal.com. Then, paypal.com emails you a bill. Paypal accepts personal checks and credit cards. This is very fast, easy, and secure
  • 2- you can snailmail a personal check or money order, please make payments to artcharts and all funds are US$

    Can I return my Report if i change my mind? We will correct any mistakes, yours or ours, but -- All Sales Are Final at artcharts.com. Your Report is created in good faith and we provide a Sample Report for every report offered for sale so you can view a Sample Report before you make your purchase. We use state-of-the-art astrology software and deliver our Reports and charts on-line to eliminate all delivery problems and our astrologer guarantees that your report is created accurately.     How artcharts handles chargebacks We refute chargebacks-- unless your card was used fraudulently. If you do not receive your order, we ask that you contact artcharts by email or phone before doing a chargeback. Due to our order delivery system, problems are rare. We fill all orders quickly, so if you do not receive your order, please let us know. Artcharts uses state-of-the-art ecommerce, providing us with access to documentation of each step of the ordering process, so we are capable of refuting chargebacks after filling an order.
