Natal Interpretation (long) for George W. Bush
PART ONE: THE INNER YOU
In Part One of the interpretations you will read two sections
concerned with your individual traits.
The first section describes your ego (sun), emotional make-up (moon),
learning and intellectual orientation (Mercury), relationships and
sociability (Venus), and the expression and focus of your physical
energy (Mars).
The second section describes how well you deal internally with the
external situations that you experience in life. Your capacity for
happiness (Jupiter), ability to tolerate restrictions and
frustrations (Saturn), how you are associated with or relate to new
or innovative ideas and methods, and radical ideas and events that
upset the status quo (Uranus), how you are associated with or
affected by public ideals, morality, and spirituality (Neptune), and
how you are associated with or affected by public policies toward
crime, toward the power of government and industry, and toward
exploration, development, conservation and distribution of natural
resources (Pluto).
SUN
The sun rules will power and ego. It is the core of your potential
and uniqueness as an individual; who you are and what you are about.
It represents the main direction and focus you want your life to
take, and your determination to accomplish what you set out to do. It
is your personal honesty and integrity, and the ability to command
respect and authority, to impress and influence others.
SUN in CANCER
As the fourth sign of the zodiac, Cancer represents the fourth stage
in the evolution of man and his place in the universe. In Cancer the
need is not one of individual survival as it was in the first three
signs. Here, it is eternal survival through perpetuation of the
species. It is the sign of fertility and nurture, and Cancerians have
strong identification with these matters in one form or another. It
doesn't mean all of them are good cooks or efficient housekeepers,
but they all want to feel part of a family. They enjoy feeding others
as much as they enjoy feeding themselves. They are also ready to
supply emotional nurturing by "mothering" everyone who appears to be
in need. When upset, they tend to use food as consolation, which in
turn, results in problems with excess weight. As an offshoot of their
sense of familial relationships, they often develop an interest in
genealogy and history in general.
Cancerians are doers. They set out to accomplish things and, one way
or another, they want to obtain their goals. In spite of their
emotional sensitivity, they are strong-willed and have no trouble
expressing what they want, then finding a way to get it. The Crab is
their astrological symbol and there are certain crab-like gestures
directly associated with the behavior of Cancerians. Just as the crab
walks sideways rather than straight ahead, Cancerians use an indirect
approach in accomplishing their goals. Rather than direct
confrontation or request, they are more apt to resort to using
emotional appeal. For example, they will get others to cooperate by
making them feel like part of a family. At the slightest provocation
or threat the crab quickly hides in the sand or retreats into a shell
until safer times are at hand. Cancerians who feel threatened or
suspect that their attempts may be unsuccessful, often hide their
true ambitions until a more comfortable situation occurs.
Cancerians react emotionally to everything they experience in life.
That is, before they take physical action, before they sort out the
practicality of what they are doing, and before they reason things
out intellectually, they must express their feelings. They wear their
hearts on their sleeves. Many Cancerians succeed in life because
their genuine concern for the welfare of others inspires loyalty as
well as cooperation.
The Moon, celestial guardian of human emotions, rules Cancer. The
biggest struggle for Cancerians is to avoid becoming prisoners of
their own emotions. Though they can be outwardly gregarious, they are
shy and secretive about their personal matters. However, once they
feel comfortable in a situation or relationship, they relax and
completely open up even to the point of dominating the situation. Not
usually ones to suffer in silence, they have to make an effort not to
inflict their moods and endless recitations of their feelings or
emotional troubles on others. Once they learn to keep excess emotions
in control, their intuition can be remarkably accurate. Their
emotional insecurity makes them want to hang on to things. They hate
to throw anything away, and many end up avid collectors,
conservators, and savers of string. It is equally difficult for them
to give up on failed relationships, and still harder for them to
learn the difference between caring and possessiveness. When they
receive criticism, even constructive criticism, they tend to take it
as a personal indictment instead of using it to attain personal
growth and maturity.
Participation in physical fitness or sports activities becomes an
important, often vital way for Cancerians to work out their emotional
stress. They are especially adaptable to team sports since they tend
to view their team members as part of a family-like group. Favorite
Cancerian sports are swimming, fishing, sailing and other water
activities. They also enjoy skiing, ice skating, and mountain
climbing. Cancerians are creative. Even those who may not have a
particular talent can use some type of involvement with art, music,
or writing as another method of emotional release, instead of
indulging in eating binges or other destructive habits. Living or
spending time near the water is a relaxing, as well as creatively
stimulating environment for Cancerians.
Cancer colors are white, silver, and pale yellow. Vulnerable parts of
the body are the breasts and stomach. Stomach aches, food allergies,
and hysterics are the usual afflictions of Cancerians. Cancer rules
silver, and the ruby as well as the pearl are considered Cancerian
birthstones. The surroundings of a beautiful piece of silver are
reflected in its shiny polished surface. Similarly, the emotionally
sensitive nature of Cancerians tends to reflect the people and
circumstances surrounding them. The ruby, a variety of corundum, is
one of the hardest minerals known, while the pearl is soft and easily
scratched. These gems uniquely illustrate the two contrasting sides
of the Cancerian personality; hard and determined as well as soft and
vulnerable. Cancerian flowers are the water lily (lotus), iris, poppy
(white), carnation (white) and southern magnolia.
MOON
The moon rules desire as opposed to ego, need as opposed to
expediency or reason. It describes how you feel about yourself, how
you handle relationships, and how you emotionally respond to
situations and experiences. It describes the flow of your daily
functions; physical, emotional, and mental. The moon represents your
residence and domestic environment. It rules babies and young
children, your mother and other important females in your life.
MOON in LIBRA
Those born with the moon in an Air sign usually respond to situations
in a way they think should fit the facts, that is, they act in a way
they think others expect them to act, or they imitate the same
behavior as others. This gives them the appearance of emotional
coolness or non-involvement. Before turning a situation into a
physical experience, and before considering the stability or
practicality of the thing, or even how they may really feel about it,
they tend to do and say what seems appropriate as if it were not
really happening to them. In spite of what appears to be their
analytical detachment, most of them are loving and loyal in
relationships. As Lunar Air Sign personalities, those with moon in
Libra don't want to be emotionally compromised, preferring to let go
of a relationship if their partner is not equally willing or
enthusiastic. As a rule, they are disinclined to live alone. If they
are not married or romantically involved, they will be content with
an amiable companion. For them to seek a long-term emotional
relationship with someone, they must feel an intellectual rapport as
well as physical attraction. Their accomplishments are often the
direct result of the stimulation and encouragement they receive from
other people.
Libra moon personalities are dedicated to getting their own way and
accomplishing personal goals. Excellent at planning and preparing
projects, they would rather charm others into physically carrying
them out. Though excellent at paying attention to details,
strategizing, and problem solving in their business or profession,
they can be impractical, overindulgent, or inconsistent when it comes
to handling personal situations. There is strong attachment to home
and family though it may not always be obvious in their life style.
In one way or another they experience more than their fair share of
good and bad experiences with partners, legal matters, and big
decisions. Aesthetic tastes are exhibited, for the most part, in
dressing well, interest in art and music, or an attractively
decorated home.
Women with moon in Libra have an emotional temperament more inclined
to be interested in financial matters, social activities, and
intellectual endeavors, than in raising children or taking care of
household chores. Men with Libra moon possess a certain streak of
domesticity which may show up as an interest in cooking, home
furnishings or gardening. There are apt to be one or two strong or
influential females in their background. If their mate fails to keep
them mentally stimulated, their physical attention tends to
wander.
MERCURY
Mercury indicates mental outlook, intellectual endeavors, the way you
think and communicate. It represents ideas, methods, and information.
It rules your hands and thus your manual dexterity and mechanical
skills. Mercury also describes transportation; that is, how you get
where you're going physically and mentally. Do you speed with all
possible haste or amble along taking a few detours here and there?
MERCURY in LEO
Individuals with Mercury in Leo have no trouble forming their own
opinions and ideas. They stubbornly cling to them, and
enthusiastically express them as if theirs were the only ones worth
considering. They usually possess great intellectual ability and
imagination. Their success and personal growth may be stymied at
times by their ego's refusal to accept any thinking or ideas that
disagree with their own. They can exert great concentration where
necessary, and they find unique and dramatic ways to communicate that
are sure to command attention. In addition to the potential gift for
oratory, they may also possess admirable talent in writing or
research. Mental enthusiasm fuels their learning, communication, and
transportation. A flair for vivid demonstration and expression, lets
others know they are coming even before they arrive. When they leave,
everyone is sure to know they were there.
VENUS
Venus rules your social attitudes and behavior, and your aesthetic
tastes and inclinations. It is female relationships and social
interactions at every level. Venus indicates your values. It
describes romance, marriage and other partnerships, capacity for
humor, and the pursuit of pleasure.
VENUS in LEO
The enthusiastic people-oriented qualities associated with Leo make
it the most gregarious sign position for Venus. Individuals with
Venus in Leo are friendly, outgoing, and magnanimous. They place
great value on being sincere and loyal. It must not be forgotten
however, that there is sure to be a measure of ego involvement in the
establishment of their relationships. They tend to recognize a
certain pecking order in social situations, and for the good of
everyone around them, they had better not be placed at the bottom.
Whatever the social situation happens to be, they like to play a
leading role. Many of them possess special talent in art or design.
There is a tendency here for exaggeration, and a certain flair for
drama is likely to be exhibited in their mannerisms or some other
aspect of their personality.
MARS
Mars rules physical energy and efforts. It describes the strength and
direction of the physical force that drives your ego, fires your
emotions, and encourages your mental endeavors and communicative
skills. It describes male relationships and associations, risk-taking
inclinations, and the physical challenges you are likely to
encounter.
MARS in VIRGO
Individuals with Mars in Virgo possess a number of different kinds of
physical and mental skills that allow them access to a wide range of
activities. Writing, teaching, health care, interior design, or
fashion design are just a few areas in which these individuals may
direct their time and attention. They can be very self-disciplined,
organized individuals who have no trouble dividing their energy among
several projects at the same time. If other factors in their
individual natal chart interfere, their sense of detail is lost in
disorganization and sloppiness. Efforts to perfect their skills and
abilities to impossible levels can be discouraged when they are
confronted with the imperfection of reality. They need to develop
tolerance for such imperfect situations or they can lapse into an
idle and unproductive existence.
JUPITER
Jupiter rules your potential for growth and expansion on many levels;
physical, intellectual, spiritual, cultural, and the accumulation of
material assets, power, and status. It describes your optimism and
aspirations. It represents your father and his position in
society.
JUPITER in LIBRA
Individuals with Jupiter in Libra are often dependent for personal
growth on the stimulation they derive from others, and the contacts
they make by constant interactions with others. Working in
partnership, joint ventures, and other cooperate efforts is the key
to their success. Jupiter's influence in Libra indicates increased
capacity to get along with, and favorably influence others. It also
indicates an inspired sense of justice. The desire they have for
growth is generally in an intellectual or aesthetic area. To attain
what they seek, these individuals have to deal successfully with
Jupiter's tendency for overabundance and Libra's need to strike a
balance between excess and austerity.
SATURN
Saturn rules responsibilities, restrictions and limitations you are
apt to encounter, and the lessons you must learn in life. It does not
deny or diminish imagination, inspiration, spirituality, and good
fortune but it does demand that these things be given structure and
meaning.
SATURN in CANCER
Individuals with Saturn in Cancer find their home or domestic life
limited in some way. Family responsibilities may severely limit their
own activities. They may be deprived of a home or family when young,
or, as adults their efforts to establish their own home or family may
be restricted. The nurturing they received or their own nurturing
abilities may be limited. Relationships with women and young children
are also liable to be inhibited. There is also the positive potential
that their creative talents will be constructively developed and
applied.
URANUS
Uranus rules personal as well as societal freedom. It indicates
originality of thought and expression. In society it rules radical
ideas and people as well as revolutionary events that upset
established structures. Uranus takes approximately seven years to
transit one sign, taking about 84 years to complete all twelve signs.
Since groups of people with Uranus in the same sign are separated by
84 years, the influence of this planet in a sign is generational. The
personal implications of Uranus in your life are described by its
house position and the aspects it makes with other planets in your
natal chart. It describes areas of unpredictability, and where you or
your life style may be different than those around you. It relates to
the unusual or unique. Friends and associations to which you belong
are also indicated, as is your potential involvement with science and
technology, computers, and the media.
URANUS in GEMINI
The generation of individuals born with natal Uranus in Gemini want
freedom of speech and communication. Research and development of
innovative technology and methods of communication are eagerly
undertaken. All new ideas get attention, and freedom of information
is emphasized.
NEPTUNE
Neptune rules those who are oppressed or abandoned; the misfits of
society. On a higher level it rules visionaries, and those who are
glamorous and charismatic. It represents spirituality, mysticism, and
ideals. Neptune is in one sign for approximately thirteen years,
taking about 164 years to complete its cycle through all twelve
signs. Since 164 years separate people born during its transit of one
sign and those born when it returns, Neptune's significance in any
sign is described as generational or historical. On a personal level,
Neptune's house position and the aspects it makes with other planets
in your natal chart will describe spirituality, abstract thinking,
illusion, disillusionment, and other areas of your life where things
aren't always what they seem. It rules derangement, guilt,
persecution, and describes the potential for experiences related to
confinement, abandonment, and addiction or physical intolerance to
drugs.
NEPTUNE in LIBRA
During the most recent period of Neptune in Libra in 1942-1957 the
establishment of the United Nations was typical of the Libran effort
to establish peace. Neptune's influence is also evident since the U.
N. has had minimal effect in accomplishing its goals. Equality
(Libra) for minorities (Neptune) may get attention but real solutions
may prove illusive.
PLUTO
Pluto takes approximately 248 years to make one cycle through all
twelve signs. The period Pluto spends in each sign can vary from
twelve years to thirty two years due to the eccentricity of its
orbit. Like atomic energy (a force ruled by Pluto), the presence and
direction of Pluto's energy are never obvious until it is used.
Pluto's influence in any sign is interpreted as generational or
historical. In your personal life, Pluto's significance is
interpreted from its house position and the aspects it makes to other
natal planets in your horoscope. Pluto rules intense energy, and
describes the areas in which you consciously or subconsciously seek
to exercise power or control. Pluto is also linked to your karmic
responsibility, and in this respect, it describes the areas where you
must gain the deepest level of understanding.
PLUTO in LEO
Pluto's last period in Leo was 1938-1957. Leo rules the king or
representative government. During Pluto's transit of Leo in the late
1600's and early 1700's, John Locke, philosopher of the English
Revolution and American Revolution, wrote his famous essays stating
that governments existed by virtue of voluntary agreements and their
function was to protect the rights of individuals.

PART TWO: THE OUTER YOU
In Part Two you will read about the twelve houses of the horoscope.
The houses represent areas of life in which you operate on a daily
basis. You will read descriptions of how you handle the circumstances
you encounter in each of these areas, according to your nature,
personality and other traits as they are outlined in Part One.
HOUSE 1
The first house and the sign that rules the first house, which is
also known as the Ascendant or Rising sign, describes your outer
personality and physical attributes. To some extent it also describes
your health and the type of illnesses you may experience.
LEO ASCENDANT
A Leo Ascendant indicates individuals who are likely to have strong
physiques and lots of physical stamina. They are very stubborn and
find it extremely difficult to break undesirable habits and behavior
patterns. However, their tenacity and stamina can also be wonderful
assets. When they get involved in something, they hang on long after
everyone else runs out of steam, and they inspire others with their
devotion to ideals and principles.
Leo indicates energy and enthusiasm. Once motivated, they seldom
hesitate to act. In spite of their energy and enthusiasm however,
they can also be inclined to physical laziness. Their natural
enthusiasm is responsible for overabundance and a tendency to
overestimate everything. When buying various personal items, for
example, they often acquire far more than they need. Though often
rash and hasty, their passions are sincere.
Leo is ruled by the sun, ruler of willpower and egotistical drives.
It indicates the conscious or subconscious need to dominate,
especially in those with more aggressive personalities. They want to
have the last word in everything, and may come to believe their
opinion is the only one worth considering. The negative potential for
Leo Ascendant individuals is evidenced in those whose ego-driven
personalities turn them into manipulative, power-oriented demagogues.
Though most Leo Ascendant individuals are apt to be outgoing, they
are not necessarily aggressive or loudly gregarious. Their
personalities will be greatly influenced by the nature and strength
of their willpower and ego involvement. If the willpower and ego are
not strong, then neither is the personality apt to be assertive. No
matter what the rest of the world may think of them, it is
meaningless compared to what they think of themselves. Intense
self-absorption makes it hard to accept guidance from others, and
they may feel taking or asking for advice from others is a sign of
weakness. They enjoy associating with others who make them appear at
their best. They have great generosity, and their warm, friendly
approach wins many friends, as well as inspires the envy of others
with less popular personalities. Life will rarely be a routine
existence.
They are apt to be very creative with special talent or ability in
art, music, or the entertainment and communication industries.
Overwork, anxiety, heart problems, lower back pains, and ailments
connected with overindulgence are their most likely physical
complaints.
MERCURY in 1st HOUSE
Mercury in the first house implies individuals who are very
talkative. Ideas and projects seem to take up their every waking
moment. Not only do they eagerly communicate their own ideas and
information, most of them seem to effortlessly attract information
and news from everyone else. Even those with a less talkative nature
have great intellectual curiosity and absorb all sorts of information
they are happy to share. How deep their intelligence goes, or how
thoroughly their facts are gathered and researched, is not determined
solely by Mercury's house position. These individuals give an outward
impression of intelligence or at least mental alertness, whether or
not they are actually paying attention. They find it easy to adapt
themselves and their mannerisms to accommodate the prevailing
environment. They are very quick witted, and adept at knowing what
other people are thinking. As a result, they are often tempted to say
what they know others want to hear.
MERCURY conjunct PLUTO
Mercury conjunct Pluto indicates those who tend to enjoy endlessly
analyzing ideas, relationships, and situations; wanting to get to the
basic structure of things. Sometimes this is done to afford a better
sense of themselves in relationship to others, and sometimes it is
done as a means of gaining power over others. Once their attention is
engaged, it is totally focused, which is why many of these
individuals are excellent researchers and investigators.
PLUTO in 1st HOUSE
Pluto in the first house indicates those who are intensely aware of
themselves. Apt to be quiet and unassuming, these individuals also
possess personal magnetism. Some of them choose to develop their
personal magnetism to great advantage, while others allow it to lie
dormant. Though they are likely to enjoy being surrounded by very
powerful people, they may show little evidence of wanting to project
a similar image of power themselves. Outwardly these individuals are
often so pleasant and accommodating that, unless others make a
serious attempt to probe beneath the surface, the intensity and depth
of their personality stays hidden. When strongly motivated however,
the energy and stamina they exhibit is fierce. They are highly
resourceful, and can develop remarkable powers of recuperation and
survival.
VENUS in 1st HOUSE
Venus in the first house suggests those with much personal charm and,
in most cases, physical attractiveness as well. Though some of them
may at times be avant garde as a social statement of sorts, they
rarely go to extremes in either their looks or personality. Their
features, especially facial features, are evenly balanced. Even if
they are not beautiful, their charming personality and mannerisms
enhance their physical appearance. They enjoy dressing well, and use
cosmetics and other beauty aids with desirable results. The negative
potential associated with Venus includes those who may be rude or
anti-social. It can also mean either those with total disregard for
anything other than their appearance, or those with a completely
uncaring attitude about how they look or behave.
VENUS sextile URANUS
Venus sextile Uranus indicates those who approach social
relationships with enthusiasm, intellectual curiosity, and
egalitarian attitudes. They are presented with many opportunities in
life to make friends and acquaintances everywhere they go. These
opportunities represent learning experiences or a chance to improve
their status. Their jobs or careers are apt to be in economics,
technology, finance or the social sciences.
HOUSE 2
The second house describes material assets, how you handle monetary
income, and the potential ways it may be earned. It also indicates
the values and priorities you establish throughout life.
LEO on 2nd HOUSE
Leo ruling the second house indicates individuals with a need for
possessing advantages. These advantages are linked to their egos and
are not necessarily always represented by money or material assets.
These individuals may, for example, be more interested in gaining
power or personal status by having important friends or
acquaintances. Their schemes for attaining what they want can be
original and creative, as well as grandiose and unrealistic. Their
goals are not always self-centered. They can be very altruistic and
include charitable or philanthropic endeavors. How well they handle
what they gain, or even if they will succeed in getting what they
want, is another matter and not determined solely by Leo's influence
on the second house. The point is, that they tend to measure their
own self worth by material possessions, power or status, or the
grandness of what they are able to accomplish.
MARS in 2nd HOUSE
Mars in the second house indicates those who exert more energy and
enthusiasm in what they do to earn money than in the actual pursuit
of money for its own sake. They are apt to be more enthusiastic
spenders than savers. If they do develop the love of wealth for its
own sake, they can become so passionately dedicated to the
accumulation of money, they never stop to spend it or enjoy any of
the advantages it can provide. The influence of Mars in the second
house suggests that assets may come through men or a particular male
influence. Income for these individuals may also be derived through
Mars-ruled enterprises such as manufacturing, sports, armed forces,
fire fighting, and physical labor rather than mental endeavors. Mars
represents animated life. Whether or not they are conscious of it,
these individuals value energy and vitality as desirable assets and
are attracted to these qualities in others. Unless others factors in
their personality subdue the restless influence of Mars, they find it
difficult to enjoy doing absolutely nothing. They want to spend their
energies as easily as they spend their money.
HOUSE 3
The third house describes your mental state, intellectual
orientation, self-expression and communication, early education,
mechanical dexterity and skills, immediate environment
(neighborhood), and siblings. It indicates physical actions, and
transportation, especially within your immediate environment. To a
certain extent the third house also describes the job or health of
your father.
VIRGO on 3rd HOUSE
Virgo ruling the third house indicates those concerned with
communication and transportation. They are apt to be writers,
teachers, publishers, salespersons, and involved in community
projects, transportation or travel. Other mental occupations such as
design and engineering are also indicated by Virgo's influence. There
is apt to be a lot of visiting and communication with neighbors and
siblings. These individuals seem to always know what's going on in
their immediate environment. If they have nothing better to occupy
their time however, they can be guilty of becoming more involved in
idle gossip than in genuine community business. They are apt to have
well developed critical and analytical facilities and a high degree
of instinctual understanding. Not ESP exactly but what may seem like
ESP. The negative potential of Virgo's influence can mean speech
impediments, hearing loss, or learning disabilities. It also includes
accident proneness, tendency to experience mechanical difficulties,
or lack of mechanical ability. The positive side of Virgo's influence
indicates talent for arts and crafts, medicine, food preparation, and
a lot of common sense.
NEPTUNE in 3rd HOUSE
Neptune in the third house indicates those who are highly
intelligent. They are, however, also apt to be mentally lazy,
unwilling to explore areas of thought and ideas that appear to be too
much work. They are not very anxious to be around strangers and
people with whom they are not well acquainted. They enjoy watching
others while remaining hidden or unobserved themselves. Neptune's
third house influence includes potential for the father's occupation
to be in the navy, maritime industry, chemistry, photography,
footwear, religion, medicine, psychology, or areas that involve those
who are disabled, institutionalized, or minorities. The father may
suffer from hypochondria or hard-to-diagnose illnesses. Neptune in
the third house includes individuals who form particularly sensitive,
perhaps clairvoyant, relationships with their siblings, and those who
experience untimely loss of siblings. The neighbors or siblings of
these individuals may be involved with drugs or other illegal
activities. Other potentials of Neptune's influence include those who
suffer mental confusion, and those who rely too heavily on alcohol or
other drugs to calm their fears and insecurities. It is necessary for
these individuals to spend periods of time in a quiet,
non-threatening environment. They may derive special benefit from
being near the ocean. They often use pet names or aliases for
themselves or their friends. Negative factors in their personality or
background can cause them to develop fear of water, or fears that
prevent them from going very far outside their own neighborhood.
MOON in 3rd HOUSE
Third house moon indicates emotional identification with their
primary education, siblings, and what is going on in their immediate
environment. They tend to be deeply affected by positive or negative
circumstances and relationships in these areas. They need to express
their feelings, though they may prefer to do it in a circumspect
manner, especially if they happen to possess a shy nature. Though
endlessly curious, they have to be firmly prodded along or they
remain content to reflect the ideas of others rather than generating
or asserting their own. The negative potential includes those who are
accident prone, have limited memory, and lack mechanical or
communicative skills. The influence of the moon indicates those who
like to keep busy in their own communities and prefer working close
to home. The moon also suggests desire to write or teach. Living or
working near water helps these individuals to be more effective.
MOON conjunct JUPITER
Moon conjunct Jupiter indicates those with enhanced, and in some
cases, excessive emotions and desires. Sometimes a too high opinion
of themselves can spoil their wonderful sense of humor and
compassionate natures, but as a rule, these individuals are very
generous with the capacity to enjoy the best things in life. They
have respect for knowledge and many develop into serious scholars
while others have a tendency to become pseudo intellectual.
MOON trine URANUS
Moon trine Uranus indicates those with remarkable poise, ability to
handle many difficult or unusual situations with understanding and
aplomb. Intellectually curious and keenly intelligent, these
egalitarian individuals can emotionally identify with people
everywhere and from all levels of society. Emotional attachments may
be unpredictable and erratic but rewarding and unique sources of
their personal growth.
JUPITER in 3rd HOUSE
Jupiter in the third house indicates the likelihood of those who are
very talkative. They are born communicators and salesmen. Though very
anxious to learn, it doesn't make them scholars. If they have trouble
with school, it's because they prefer to learn things on their own,
going in whatever direction their interests and curiosity lead rather
than plodding through repetitious lessons. They need to constantly
expand their intellectual horizons, even if it is only by reading the
daily newspaper. Jupiter in the third house implies mechanical
ability, artistic skills, or writing talent. They and/or their father
may work in sales, advertising, drama, dance, publishing, travel,
promotion, politics, education, or religion. These individuals tend
to get involved with community actions and projects. Jupiter's
influence implies generosity to family members as well as to
neighbors. Negative factors in their personality or background can
mean inability to settle down, physical awkwardness (sometimes to the
point of being accident prone), disorganization, procrastination,
unwillingness to take responsibility, and tendency to shade the truth
or exaggerate facts.
JUPITER trine URANUS
Jupiter trine Uranus implies a generation that is fortunately
affected in the sense that societal conditions afford them technology
to make life easier. There may be a new order of thinking that
destroys societal prejudice and various other institutional
structures that might in the past have hindered their progress as
member of a generation and consequently as individuals.
HOUSE 4
The fourth house describes your residence, domestic environment, and
family members, especially your mother. It indicates the beginning as
well as the end of various cycles in your life.
LIBRA on 4th HOUSE
Libra ruling the fourth house indicates individuals who probably feel
more comfortable, and thus more sociable and romantic, in the comfort
of their own homes. They are likely to do most of their entertaining
at home, and want their residences to be a place of beauty and
harmony. Their work may be in real estate, architecture, or interior
design. If they have culinary skills their presentation of food will
be a work of art, and they may have particular flair for preparing
desserts. There is possibility of inheritance from the mother or
mother's side of the family. They are apt to select a marriage or
business partner from among those who come from their home towns. A
fourth house Libra influence indicates sociable relationships with
parents, particularly the mother. It also may mean the mother is
beautiful or has artistic talent. The negative potential can mean
that by choice or circumstance they do not have a home of their own,
they are unable to derive enjoyment from home or domestic life, or
that they only use home as a place to camp out when they bother to
come home at all. The positive influence is the ability to play the
role of peace maker in their families.
HOUSE 5
The fifth house describes your creative talent and imaginative
powers, capacity for enjoyment and the pursuit of pleasure, romance,
children, and speculative ventures.
SAGITTARIUS on 5th HOUSE
Sagittarius ruling the fifth house indicates those with a strong
sense of their own creative spirits. It is more than abundant
expressions of artistic talent or vivid imagination since they may be
lacking in these traits. Nor is this necessarily an indication of the
procreation of many children since they may fail to produce
offspring. Sagittarius influencing the fifth house does indicate
those who want to feel that they are somehow set apart from the world
while yet still a part of it, to associate themselves with higher
spiritual or intellectual levels. However, there is also the
potential that they possess generous, risk-taking spirits, merry
temperaments, and are certainly not above the sincere enjoyment of
delights they are offered in the physical world. The negative
potential includes the possibility of disappointment or failure in
romantic and speculative ventures. They can attribute the
responsibility for some of these failures to their own immaturity and
self-indulgence. Though they may or may not have children of their
own, their attitude toward youngsters is warm and giving. They are
also apt to be animal lovers.
HOUSE 6
The sixth house describes your job, daily responsibilities (paid and
unpaid), and those who work for or with you. It also represents your
health, and physical fitness.
CAPRICORN on 6th HOUSE
Capricorn ruling the sixth house indicates potential for heavy
responsibilities connected with work and/or health. These individuals
may be called upon to make total, unflinching commitments. Those
whose individual nature is repelled by the idea of accepting work and
tiresome responsibilities will suffer from their unwillingness. It is
only by putting forth their very best and consistent efforts that
progress is made, not only in their work, but also in terms of their
health, personal growth and maturity as individuals. Whatever their
job happens to be, it is better if it consists of a definite
structure, that is, it includes definite prescribed methods and
organization for accomplishing assigned tasks. Their co-workers may
be few or they may even work alone. Capricorn's influence also
implies job responsibilities will entail supervision of co-workers or
at least the need to assist them. Illnesses may be few, but are
likely to be lingering or of a chronic nature. There may be little
opportunity or desire for pets, but if they do have pets, they are
responsible, loving owners.
HOUSE 7
The seventh house relates to marriage and partnership or joint
ventures of any kind. It describes how you interact with people and
how others tend to regard you. The seventh house is associated with
legal matters, negotiations, contracts, and all open confrontations,
pleasant as well as adversarial.
AQUARIUS on 7th HOUSE
Many who have Aquarius ruling the seventh house and still manage to
accomplish a long and stable marriage can count themselves fortunate
since the influence of Aquarius here rarely allows such an
arrangement. There is strong potential for more than one marriage or,
no marriage at all due to the need for personal freedom. Marriage may
be abruptly terminated with no warning, or it can occur suddenly and
unexpectedly. Another implication is that there is something unusual
or unorthodox about their marriages or marriage partners, or at least
what may be thought of as unusual in their particular group or
society. There is apt to be something about these individuals that
makes them appear unusual or different to others, and they can expect
to encounter some pretty strange people whenever they are out in
public. They are apt to have the talent for making strangers feel so
comfortable they feel they have known these individuals forever. The
income of their marriage partners may be derived in areas that deal
with those who are ill, handicapped or minorities. Other sources of
their income may involve art, dancing, religion, charitable
institutions, or areas that involve water, chemistry, photography, or
maritime industries.
HOUSE 8
The eighth house is related to taxes, debt, death, legacies, and the
income you receive through marriage or business partner(s). It
describes your resourcefulness, and your ability to develop and use
material assets as well as personal skills and abilities. The eighth
house also indicates sexual attitudes and behavior.
AQUARIUS on 8th HOUSE
Aquarius ruling the eighth house indicates those with unpredictable
or unusual attitudes concerning sex that may, in fact, have a
tendency to purposely run contrary to current popular opinion. They
may, for example, be rigid when prevailing notions accommodate laxity
in sexual behavior. They may then become very liberal when society
imposes too many restrictions. Whatever their stated views, they can
suddenly change and, in addition, are apt to experience unusual
sexual situations. The influence of Aquarius can also mean that the
circumstances of their inheritance, joint finances, debts, and
corporate funds they handle may suddenly be reversed or changed in
some way. The income of their marriage partners is also vulnerable to
sudden change. It is also possible that their partner's income may be
derived by some unorthodox method, or from such areas as medicine,
social organizations, fund raising, or international finance. Many of
these individuals devise or use ingenious or unorthodox methods (not
necessarily illegal) regarding taxes and insurance or for recovering
debts.
HOUSE 9
The ninth house describes higher education, advanced training,
publishing, publicity, advertising, politics, foreign travel, foreign
studies, religious and philosophical views and activities, and
cultural pursuits. It relates to court decisions, a second marriage,
and in-laws. To a certain extent the ninth house also describes the
job or health of your mother.
PISCES on 9th HOUSE
Pisces ruling the ninth house indicates a sensitivity of mind. Though
there is the possibility of mental confusion, it is also a strong
indication these individuals will have keen intellects and well
developed intuitions. There is the potential of disillusionment or
some kind of loss and secret or illegal dealings in a foreign country
or with foreign people, but it is also possible they will have
religious or inspirational experiences while traveling abroad. Their
mothers or the spouse of a sibling may suffer from disability, drugs
or alcohol, or may be employed in maritime industries, religion,
photography, medicine, psychology, areas that involve the feet,
minority groups, or those who are institutionalized or disabled. The
theater, music, dance, art, and literature are areas that may
particularly attract their attention and participation. They may have
special interest in religion, spiritualism, or occult subjects. There
is danger of vulnerability when it comes to either their ability or
willingness to separate reality from fantasy, and idealism from
fanaticism.
HOUSE 10
The tenth house describes your career and other long-range goals,
public reputation, superiors and those in authority. It also relates
to your father and his influence in your life.
ARIES on 10th HOUSE
Aries ruling the tenth house indicates individuals who are likely to
seek public attention in order to promote something or someone in
which they have great interest. Others may be content to work in the
same place and behind the scenes, but these individuals want to move
around and to let others know what they are doing. They will probably
work better alone or prefer to operate their own business rather than
work for someone else. Some of the careers that are apt to attract
them include surgery, the armed forces, promotion, building,
manufacturing and sports. The tenth house Aries influence can make it
difficult for them to attract suitable marriage partners since their
attention and activities may be too concentrated on other matters, or
they are so aggressive that others feel threatened. Negative
possibilities connected with Aries on the tenth house include
individuals who may lose a parent through accident, probably the
father. They may also experience troubled relationships with an
overly demanding or domineering parent.
HOUSE 11
The eleventh house rules friendships, organizations to which you
belong, and income derived from self-employment or career (as opposed
to wages earned from a job). It relates to the role you play in the
lives of others as child, parent, lover, spouse, friend, social or
business associate. The eleventh house also describes your hopes and
aspirations and capacity for happiness.
GEMINI on 11th HOUSE
Gemini ruling the eleventh house indicates individuals who are likely
to need and use their friends as sounding boards and inspiration for
their thoughts and ideas. They are also apt to get heavily involved
in various fraternal associations and societies, playing an active
role by holding office or serving on various committees. They are
usually the ones who write for or publish newsletters or
communications put out by the organizations to which they belong.
They are often close friends with their siblings. The negative
potential includes individuals who become too involved with gossip
and superficial friendships or are the victims of such situations.
The influence of Gemini suggests that their friends include twins.
Friendships are also likely among educators, writers, salespeople,
mechanics, secretaries, researchers, and those involved with
computers. These individuals also enjoy pen pal friendships. There is
a tendency to have more acquaintances than real friends, which may or
may not have to do with the fact that many of the contacts they form
are based on mental rapport rather than emotional commitment.
URANUS in 11th HOUSE
Uranus in the eleventh house indicates those who can pick up with
friends they have not seen or talked to in years as though no time
had passed at all. This ability is an asset since instability and
separation are associated with their friendships. These individuals
usually have a tendency to consciously or subconsciously organize
their friends into a loose fraternity. Unless undesirable factors in
their personality or background interfere, their liberal and
egalitarian approach attracts friends and acquaintances from all
walks of life, social levels, and cultural backgrounds. They are also
apt to establish friendships with people involved in occult or other
unorthodox subjects, as well as with those in more traditional areas
involved with computers, music, electronics, medicine, finance,
social work, or communications. These individuals value their place
as a child, parent, friend, lover, spouse, and whatever role they
play in the lives of others. However, they also value their own
independence and do not want to confine all their attention to one
individual.
HOUSE 12
The twelfth house describes the private and hidden side of life; your
subconscious mind, dreams, the past, and those who wish you harm or
work against your interests. The twelfth house relates to sorrow,
disappointment, loss, solitude or confinement, hidden fears and
worry. It also has connection with the job or health of your marriage
or business partner.
CANCER on 12th HOUSE
Cancer ruling the twelfth house indicates the likelihood of
individuals who develop a strong interest in the occult, the arcane,
the subconscious, and planes of existence beyond physical reality.
However, given the strong emotionalism associated with the influence
of Cancer there is also danger that their dealings with such matters
can become extreme or get out of hand in some way. They can become
their own worst enemy by developing the conscious or subconscious
idea there is loss connected with emotional commitment. Thereis also
potential they will become victims of the past by refusing to accept
that though the past can teach valuable lessons, it cannot be erased.
In any event, they may often be reminded of the past by events
connected with it or people from their past who keep returning.
Whether they rise above such thoughts or become victims of their own
emotions, is indicated by other aspects in the rest of their natal
charts. It is almost certain that at one time or another, they will
experience secret or clandestine attachments. They are apt to have
strong intuitive powers, though it would be a mistake were they to
rely on such skills to function consistently.
SUN in 12th HOUSE
Sun in the twelfth house indicates individuals whose ego is tied not
so much to what they have gained as it is to what they have lost.
Others may never really come to know or fully understand their real
desires or personality. However, they can surprise others (as well as
themselves) with just how strong or determined they can be when they
want something. They are apt to possess keen interest in psychic
energies, the occult, dreams, and the subconscious mind. They may
also be deeply influenced by superstition or their past. A twelfth
house sun is a strong implication of those who prefer exerting their
real control or influence in life behind the scenes. Even those whose
life style or work involves the public at large may go out of their
way to avoid people on a personal level.
SUN square MOON
Sun square Moon indicates those more capable than most in finding
situations and relationships in which they are egotistically
satisfied as well as emotionally fulfilled. However, for such
relationships to be successful they will nevertheless have to make
some inner adjustments of one kind or another. They nearly always
succeed once they have learned that the key to most things they want
lies in their willingness to give up one thing in order to get
another.
SATURN in 12th HOUSE
Saturn in the twelfth house indicates those who must overcome
failure, disappointment, loss, and confinement or other severe
limitations. For them the past can impose severe burdens on the
present as well as the future. The potential of this Saturn influence
is for these individuals to directly confront any of these unpleasant
situations. They must learn from them, let them go, and move forward
with determination. They may be helped in their endeavors by others
who have the love and patience to guide them slowly through the
labyrinths of fears and misgivings. Great success in life is
possible, though gaining recognition for what they accomplish may be
difficult. Curiosity about psychic phenomena and the occult may be
keen, but areas that involve superstition can pose a serious threat
to their peace of mind. Attempts at secrecy may work, but in the long
run, it isn't their style since they often lack the necessary guile,
imagination, or luck to carry it off successfully. Saturn in the
twelfth house suggests their marriage partner may suffer from chronic
illness or have a job that entails heavy responsibilities.
