New Moon in Libra: how does your relationship to your Self influence ALL your relationships?
How does the lie that you're not "good enough" translate into how you judge yourself, and about how you judge other people? How do the blocks to your own fulfillment create an unfulfilling life that relies on tearing other people apart to justify your own willingness to give up on your own worthiness?
In this chart, the Sun and Moon are conjunct at 4 degrees Libra, exactly square Pluto at 4 Libra 55. Sun and Moon are also opposing Uranus--- getting us ready for the upcoming 4-year Uranus-Pluto square (2012-2015). While powerful forces are resisting change, change is inevitable (hence the length of the repeating square from Uranus to Pluto). Being mean and manipulating power to get your way can work in the reverse, making you MORE vulnerable to attack. What if being a strong leader means being vulnerable? Sharing your truth regardless of the risk, allowing the feeling of vulnerability, taking the risk that can lead to your spiritual and financial GROWTH. With Pluto square the New Moon (Sun AND Moon), and square Uranus, we do NOT want to share, and we don't want to be reminded that we prefer power and domination to sharing.
The New Moon is not only in Libra, there are 6 planets in Libra -- Mercury, Sun, Moon, Venus, Saturn, Juno -- as well as the Part of Fortune. Libra is ruled by Venus, the planet that wants to share and relate, and we find Venus conjunct responsible Saturn. Relating requires responsible balance -- if either side dominates or damages the other, the trust is broken, relating is not in balance and its power weakens. Yet at this New Moon, even if we refuse to create necessary balance responsibly, sustainably-- if we refuse responsibility and choose to blame instead -- we allow conditions for unexpected sudden changes that create that necessary balance of power. We do have a choice-- we can willingly change, or we can be changed by circumstances beyond our control. This is not an easy chart, yet here we are, what will we do? Will we try to relate from our hearts, or control with our power, and how much security can that provide in a world where anything can happen anywhere, anytime.
New Moons create new openings, new beginnings. At this Libra New Moon, there is the potential to break through old limitations and blocks by joining together with other like-minded people, by relating from your heart.
To continue to evolve, our future depends on the choices we make now: we can assign blame or take responsibility. Our consciousness not only can but DOES make a difference. Relate - cooperate -- collaborate. You are powerful -- you make a difference!
